Job description
The Senior Content Marketing Specialist is an individual contributor responsible for translating US Cloud’s messaging themes into high-performing content across blog, email, and social. This role will own day-to-day content production and channel execution, create customer proof assets, develop long-form thought leadership content, and report on performance across web, email, and social.
The ideal candidate is a strong B2B writer and content operator who can manage an editorial cadence, run email campaigns end-to-end, and consistently ship content that supports demand generation and sales conversations in a complex enterprise technology environment.
Job requirements
Blog Writing & Management (SEO-Informed)
Own the blog editorial calendar and publishing cadence: topic briefs, drafting, editing, approvals, and posting.
Write and optimize blog content for clarity, credibility, and conversion (CTAs, internal linking, content upgrades).
Partner with internal subject matter experts to translate technical concepts into accessible, compelling content.
Maintain content hygiene (refreshes, updates, repurposing, basic on-page SEO best practices).
Email Marketing Content Production & Campaign Management
Write, build, and deploy email campaigns (newsletter, nurtures, content promotions, event/webinar follow-up, sales-support sequences).
Execute campaigns in Pardot, including list/segment coordination, QA, scheduling, and performance iteration.
Ensure consistent brand voice and strong content packaging that supports conversion objectives.
Social Media Management
Own organic social execution: content calendar, posting cadence, and community hygiene.
Repurpose blog and long-form assets into social-first formats.
Collaborate with leadership to translate approved messaging themes into consistent social storytelling.
Client Validation Asset Production (Customer Proof Content)
Produce lightweight customer validation videos via screen-recorded conversations with happy clients.
Project Manage the planning and production workflow to create reusable assets from recordings (short clips, social snippets, etc.)
Thought Leadership Content Production
Create e-books, white papers, and premium content assets that support demand generation campaigns and sales conversations.
Draft outlines, collaborate with SMEs, and develop structured narratives and frameworks aligned to US Cloud's messaging.
Repurpose long-form content into blog/email/social derivatives to maximize reach and efficiency.
Reporting & Performance Insights
Track and report performance for organic website/blog, email campaigns, social media content.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve content performance over time (topics, formats, cadence, CTAs, distribution).
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in content creation, with a strong emphasis in B2B writing.
Demonstrated ability to produce content across formats: blog, email campaigns, social posts, and long-form assets.
Practical understanding of SEO-informed content creation and on-page best practices (without needing to own the full SEO strategy).
Experience executing email campaigns in a marketing automation platform (Pardot preferred).
Strong project management and operational discipline: can manage calendars, deadlines, reviews, and publishing workflows.
Comfortable working with subject matter experts and stakeholders to capture insights and translate technical content for business audiences.
Ability to use performance data to improve content effectiveness over time.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in enterprise technology, IT services, or the Microsoft ecosystem
Pardot/SFMC Account Engagement, WordPress and Google Analytics
Experience producing and editing lightweight video content
Light Graphic Design / Layout (Nice-to-have)
Basic design/layout ability
Experience collaborating with paid media or demand gen teams to create content that supports full-funnel campaigns.
Education and Training
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
