Job description

The Renewal Sales Representative will be responsible for working hand in hand with our Technical Account Managers to ensure retention and renewals of contracts nearing expiration. To safeguard contract renewals, you will participate in client calls to build relationships and rapport throughout the contract duration and address and resolve challenges along the way. Using the information learned about customer accounts, you will generate quotes and renewal proposals and then pitch them to clients alongside the TAM responsible for the account.

*This position is not eligible to be performed in New York, Colorado, or California.


  • Provide front-line, customer-facing support to drive growth, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in client calls alongside TAMs to develop an understanding of each account and the challenges and successes they have faced throughout the contract term.
  • Build out the Customer Satisfaction initiative and assist in the rollout of the program to all TAMs.
  • Document and track information within Salesforce in support of the Customer Satisfaction initiative.
  • Maintain accounts and gauge the satisfaction of customers.
  • Determine appropriate cadence for customer calls based on account size.
  • Prioritize accounts before they are due for renewals and start having conversations.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, project management, change management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Use analytical skills to conduct trend analysis and identify opportunities to improve business outcomes.
  • Convey thoughts and ideas in a clear and logical manner.
  • Build strong client relationships and influence business leaders by demonstrating accountability and trust.
  • Participate in company training and engage in continuous education events.

Job requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of renewals focused sales experience.
  • Must be willing to work in a Team oriented Sales environment, collaborating with other team members on a regular basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior sales experience in Microsoft solutions and services.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or equivalent CRM solutions.


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or business preferred.
