Job description

The Jr. Renewal Sales Representative will be responsible for working hand in hand with our Technical Account Managers to ensure retention and renewals of contracts nearing expiration. To safeguard contract renewals, you will participate in client calls to build relationships and rapport throughout the contract duration and address and resolve challenges along the way. Using the information learned about customer accounts, you will generate quotes and renewal proposals then pitch them to clients alongside the TAM responsible for the account.

Location: Remote, US *This position is not eligible to be performed in New York, Colorado, Oregon, or California.


· Assist in managing the end-to-end renewal process for customers.

· Collaborate with the sales and client success team to address customer inquiries and concerns regarding renewals.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of renewal activities in Salesforce.

· Prepare and issue renewal quotes to clients 90 days prior to expiration.

· Update and manage your opportunity pipeline in Salesforce.

· Assists in negotiation of contract renewal.

· Prepares sales orders and closes opportunity in Salesforce.

· Participate in client calls alongside TAMs to develop an understanding of each account and the challenges and successes they have faced throughout contract term.

· Assist in maintaining a high percentage of customer retention.

· Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, project management, change management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

· Convey thoughts and ideas in a clear and logical manner.

· Build strong client relationships and influence business leaders by demonstrating accountability and trust.

· Participate in company training and engage in continuous education events.

Job requirements

Basic Qualifications:

· 3+ years of renewals focused sales experience.

· Must be willing to work in a team oriented Sales environment, collaborating with other team members on a regular basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Prior sales/renewal experience in Microsoft solutions and services.

· Project management and organizational skills.

· Experience working with Salesforce or equivalent CRM solutions.


· Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or business preferred.
